📦 Shipping and Exchange Policy

At Fit With Strive, we offer personalized online coaching and wellness services delivered through digital platforms. As no physical products are sold or shipped, this policy outlines the process for service delivery (“Shipping”) and how clients may request service adjustments (“Exchange”).

1. Digital Service Delivery (“Shipping”)

All services provided by Fit With Strive — including workout plans, training programs, and coaching sessions — are delivered digitally via email, client portals, or communication tools such as WhatsApp and Zoom.

Delivery Timeline:
Upon successful payment, you will receive access details and onboarding information within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery Method:
Services are accessed through digital channels only. There is no shipment of physical goods.

Technical Delays:
If you do not receive access within the expected timeframe due to technical issues or scheduling constraints, please reach out to our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly.

2. Service Adjustments (“Exchange”)

Although traditional product exchanges do not apply to digital services, we understand the need for flexibility. You may request modifications under the following conditions:

Rescheduling or Modifying Services:
You may request a change in schedule or a modification to your selected coaching program. Such requests are subject to:

  • Coach availability

  • The terms agreed upon at purchase

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service

No Direct Substitutions:
Services once initiated cannot be substituted for other offerings. However, in special cases, we may consider reallocation or rescheduling.

Discretionary Adjustments:
All service adjustment requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Fit With Strive.

3. Non-Exchangeable Services

The following services are not eligible for exchange or modification:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or utilized

  • Time-bound promotional packages or limited-time offers

  • Custom coaching plans once delivered
